Maddie is responsible for all our company financials as well as the bookkeeping and accounting work for clients. In addition to her accounting degree, she has experience in government, non-profit, and for-profit accounting. She specializes in loss research resulting from error or fraud and implementation of good accounting controls. Basic Bookkeeping

Typical bookkeeping consists of regular financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, payroll, shareholder reporting, budgeting, and tax preparation. We can liaison with your CPA or help you take control and file taxes yourself. We prepare your books so your quarterly and annual filings are a breeze.

Boosted Bookkeeping

If you’ve got a bookkeeping problem, we’ve got a solution. Many small businesses, just like yours, have been operating for years and have found they’ve been doing it wrong. Or, they’ve tried to keep up and just can’t do it. We understand, and we’re here to help. We can work with you to get your records repaired and current.

Beyond Bookkeeping

Sometimes it feels better to be in control. We get that. In response, we offer training and help to your business. If you would like to take over your bookkeeping or aspects of it at any time, we would be happy to train your staff in your unique business.

Included in our services above is ample time with you, our client, to ensure your goals are met.

Our fees are billed at monthly rates based on client needs. However, one-time services can be billed at hourly rates. When you contact us, be sure to ask us about our first month discount for new clients.
