Shout Out to Looka

We were in need of a new logo, and we found one! It was fast and easy! (We didn’t get anything for posting this article; we simply wanted to share our thoughts.)

When you’re trying to give your company an online presence, few things are more noticeable than your company’s logo. It should say something about you. It should represent your style. It should make you, as a business owner, happy.

We looked around at logo companies, and there are a myriad to choose from. We finally settled on Looka. Our reasons were simple; we wanted to have a big say in what we were getting, we wanted a professional look and quality, and we wanted to spend less than we were seeing at many logo design places.

Looka is simple, creative, and kind of fun. We were able to pick styles and colors and choose icons and wording. Then these choices were put together in a broad array of options. In the end, we had precisely what we were looking for. In fact, it was almost exactly the logo I had drawn up before we started designing. I was amazed I could get exactly what I was looking for.

After choosing the look we wanted, we went through the process of choosing design elements. For us, the most important part of this part of the process was the color scheme. We were pretty happy with everything else. We went through SO MANY color options. It was actually harder to choose colors than to design because we hadn’t decided in advance what we were looking for. And, as we tried the color schemes we thought we would want on the design, we found we didn’t like some as much as we thought.

Finally, the right logo, with the right color scheme, and the perfect layout was assembled and we made our purchase. We couldn’t be happier with it.

One more note: We had a small issue when trying to order and contacted customer service through online chat. They were responsive, friendly, helpful, and resolved the issue for us. It was a great interaction.
